MSW Charging: When waste dumping is never FREE
In Hong Kong, plastic waste accounts for the third-largest share of municipal solid waste (MSW), after food waste and paper. In 2020, close to 12% of plastic waste was disposable tableware when plastic bags (34%) has been noted as the most common type of plastic waste found in the environment.
